The majority of our products require UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air shipping due to the fresh-baked quality of our products. Since we use all natural ingredients and do not use any preservatives it is important that your product arrives quickly and be optimal in taste and condition.

Cupcake Shipping:
Cupcakes are shipped frozen with cold packs to preserve their delicate and perishable nature and must ship via Next Day Air.

- Ground Shipping: If you are choosing Ground Shipping, your package will arrive 2-8 business days from the time you placed your order depending on the shipping destination. Our products ship from northern California.
Weekend Delivery:
Delivery is not available on Sat or Sun.
Delivery Addresses
Shipments must be to United States physical addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. At this time we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses.
When specifying the delivery address, please make sure to include any apartment, suite, unit, or floor numbers that will be required for delivery. We ask for a phone number for each shipping address in case there is a problem delivering the order.
If the address information that is provided is not valid, UPS may be unable to deliver your package and we will not refund product or shipping charges based on incorrect addresses. If you would like us to ship the product again to a different delivery address, you will be responsible for the additional product and shipping charges.
Hours of Delivery
Deliveries are typically made during the hours of 9 AM – 6 PM. When choosing a delivery address, please choose an address where someone will be able to receive the package during those hours, especially if shipping cupcakes.
Delivery Attempts
We ship our packages via UPS. UPS will reasonably attempt to deliver the package based on the shipping address information provided to them. At the discretion of the driver, the package may be left at the delivery address (doorstep, porch, etc) or an attempted delivery notice will be left at the door with a re-delivery date if UPS does not determine it is safe to leave the package unattended. The best way to avoid this is to provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package.
If an attempted delivery notice is left at the door and the shipment is rescheduled for delivery another day, we will not be responsible for re-shipping the product or shipping charges related to sending the package to a new address. It is your responsibility to: 1) contact UPS directly if you would like to pick up the product or arrange for a new delivery addresss; or 2) make sure someone is available to receive the package the next delivery day.
Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will be provided with a UPS tracking number for each delivery via email. This will allow you to view detailed delivery information for your order.
Shipping Delays Disclaimer
Shipping refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by events or incidents beyond our, or our carrier's control, which may include: adverse weather conditions, unavailability or refusal to accept packages, natural disasters, civil unrest, labor disputes, and disruptions in transportation networks. Shipped refunds may not be given if an incorrect delivery address was provided, which includes omission of suite, apartment, unit, or floor numbers.
Nut Allergen Alert
We do use peanuts and other nuts (including pistachios, almonds and pecans) in some of our recipes. Although we do not include nuts in every recipe, there is a possibility that any of our products could contain trace amounts of nut oils. We ask that individuals with allergies to nuts refrain from eating our baked goods.

If for some reason your order does not meet your satisfaction, please contact us by email at orders@teacakebakeshop.com Please include your order number, name, phone number, and a description of your problem. Due to the perishable nature of our product, we ask that you do not return the original product to us.
